Don't know if this has been passed through here or not, but I found it interesting.

Re: Taiwan Sheetmetal

Great video

That for Sharing.

Working on cars and trucks from a Young age,
I thought I knew about Car Stuff.

Then I went to the Tool and Die Side of the vehicles.

It is amazing what goes into even just one part on the vehicle.

The blanking dies, the progressive dies and the line dies.

I worked at a die shop for a little while and went to 3 states to fix a fitment issue they were having.

Most ( bad ) sheet metal parts are cause from the die being in production to long before the punches and internal replaceable parts of the die are run to long.

This in turn makes for a bad fitment on the part.

This is Great that they are taking the Hobby to Higher levels.
