Audio Advice- Best Setup for $200 or less
Spent the last few mins reading some posts here in the audio section and I almost didn't ask the question cause I'm NOT an audio guru and I don't have much money to put into music at this time. Seems like a lot of knowledgable folks here, so these here are the factors:
I want to be able to hear the music over engine (Sometimes) I love my motor music too. Would like to be able to use my cell to listen to my own music if I wanted. No discussion needed about cutting the dash or the doors, they have both been cut sometime in its previous life. I want to do an install and spend $200 or less. Thanks for your suggestions. Re: Audio Advice- Best Setup for $200 or less
you could buy an amp, two speakers and run a cord from your phone to the amp
no head unit (receiver), even then $200 won't get you much cheap speakers and a cheap amp make cheap sound or won't last long

CA90ss,
Thanks for the links. In your opinion would this setup produce a decent sound? |

Re: Audio Advice- Best Setup for $200 or less
Thanks for the input. I am thinking about building a storage box behind the seat, and putting speakers in it, probably going to put some in the doors just to clean up the look a bit. If I make it back from the swampmeet in Carlisle, PA next week, with any leftover funds think I will start looking for some audio equipment.
