Re: First Year Blazer on Ebay

Be nice to have a first year. However, for close to $20,000, I'd expect matching signals and a moderately well designed roll cage that fits under the top. At the very least.

Re: First Year Blazer on Ebay

You know, I was about to post something about this eBay listing. I understand that it's a 69 model and there are fewer of those than any other, but $20,000? Really? I would have expected to see some rare factory options or look close to original. I just don't see it.

Re: First Year Blazer on Ebay

I wouldn't pay $20k for a 6 cyl anything, let alone a blazer.

Those front seats need redone again, and that roll cage is just scary looking. If it's been in Texas all it's life, and the miles are real,, it could be a solid foundation for someone though.

I saw this earlier today and was like wtf? this guy is nuts. that cage looks like crap and like its made from 3" exgaust pipe. maybe the 20K has 10K of sentimental value to it.

Re: First Year Blazer on Ebay

Lots of folks put a big "buy it now" price on their listings just in case there is someone out there that just has to have it. His reserve price, if reached, will be an indicator of what the owner really values it at.

Re: First Year Blazer on Ebay

Agreed. However, in my experience, the buy it now price usually is an indicator of the reserve.

Is the cage welded to the windshield frame?
