Want to Buy Blazer Top and other parts near Texas

I would like to find a 69-72 Blazer/Jimmy OEM top somewhere around Texas Preferably somewhere between San Antonio and Houston. I am willing to drive a few hours in any direction, but I am limiting myself to only crossing one state border . White, black, double wall, single wall, I am not too picky. I would love to find one that is in good daily driver condition, I don't mind some blemishes, but I don't want to have to fill in 3-inch cracks or anything like that. I also want it to have a hatch that is at least useable. While I'm at it, I am also looking of a 72 driver door (needs the extra brace screw beneath the vent window), once again I would like something in decent shape. I will pay reasonable prices for everything.

Re: Want to Buy Blazer Top and other parts near Texas

hmmmm....about 4000 miles round trip / 19mpg in the dodge x $3 per gallon for diesel + 1 case of beer = $645...I wonder how much shipping would be??? Is at least one of them in pretty good shape?

They both need glass work on the bottom where they bolt to the bed. I am sure you can find a better top closer to ya.. I drove to reno to get my newest one

Yeah I am a little leery of Fiberglass work. I have no problem rebuilding a trans or engine, but I don't really want to tackle glass. I appreciate it though.

There aren't a whole lot around here, so I doubt I have found a decent one by the spring! Send me a PM with some price details/pics if you don't mind. I will definitely keep in touch with you about it. By the way, what is "Spring" time for you??? Around here, it starts warming up around the end of January - early February
