1965 used TA, TE & TG on the 230 and 1966 was the 250 for trucks.
1963 230 in cars A -140hp/1bbl 3 speed AE -140hp/1bbl 3 speed HD clutch B - 140hp/1bbl powerglide 1964 230 cars A AE AF 140hp/1bbl 3 speed AC AG 140hp/1bbl 3 speed AC, HD clutch B BQ 140hp/1bbl powerglide AC 1965 FA, FE, FF, FK, FL, FM, FP & FR ( I have the HP and models on these as well). But nothing in car/trucks for a 65 NE suffix. My guess is either its a replacement sometime in the last 50 years or the truck may be a 64 if its thought to be original. I don't know how an April 64 block gets into a 65...even early 65 truck when the model year change is in the fall. But...its what your looking for.

My 63 block is an "NE" suffix, but was running an 11" clutch. Guess that was HD compared to the 10.5" clutch? Mine was originally a 3 speed column shift mc318.
