I need HVAC dash opening size please. - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

The hole in the dash where the controls go - I need that measurement in as close of a mesurement as possible. Accurate to 1/16th if you can.

I figured that surely someone has that slot open and can get a good read on it. Either that, or it may already be up somewhere and one of you guys will know.

2-1/8" by 7-7/8"

the height's between 2-7/8 and 2-3/16 and the length would still be 7/8 or 14/16's

HVAC is commonly used for description of total air system as used by installers, ( sheetmetal, heating specialists) mostly in industrial applications.
