Glove box emblem

how is the glove box emblem held on i want to remove it so i can paint the door then put it back

The emblems are held on with barrel clips and the emblem can be removed by gently prying it up. The emblem has pins molded into it so try to remove the emblem evenly when removing it so as not to bend it too much. When you replace it the emblem is pushed back into the barrel clips and again keep it even.
