frame and vin ??

I have a 69 SWB, and I just bought a frame to strip down to sandblast and powder coat ( it is a 69 SWB also). My question is am I going to have a prob with my frame not matching my cab vin? I already have the title for my truck but my frame didnt come with a title or would I be better off just using my first frame so all the numbers match? I really want to use the frame I bought so I can still drive my truck and just switch everything over when my frame is ready, and plus I am putting a v-8 in it and it would be eaiser to do with just the bare frame
Thanks Zack
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong area, I am new at this

Don't worry about it, just use your title and be done with it. The truck is 39 years old , it don't matter, I view it the same as swapping a fender.

It just depends on your state. Some are very easy about this, others are very strict.

For the most part oklahoma doesnt care. I think they prefer the one on the cab. The main thing they want is the money for the tag. Tagging in oklahoma aint that hard. Just take the title for the cab in and register it.
