help

hey guys got a question I just bought a 1969 chevy truck it has a 1983 frame on it but the front wheel looks like it sites back 1"1/2 or so is there any way two fix that or was some thing done wroung from the guy how did it ???

how about some more pictures,, the frame mounts, around the front end, and wheel wells.. the rear looks OK,, but the front looks bad.. I would be interested and worried how it mounted the body to that frame.
