noob from NWMO

What's up everyone? Im Walter from St. Joseph Mo. Member of NWMO Definite Obsessions. I JUST picked up a 62 C10 swb. Love the truck, currently getting it road worthy. I love driving the projects on a daily basis. Takes longer to finish but is a blast to do. I built a bagged 91 S10 that I traded for this truck. Heres pics of the dime and then the new C10. Look forward to checking out the rest of this forum and chatting with everyone.

allmixedup ... Great trade. Your 62 C10 looks muck cooler than your former 91 S10. JMHO. Keep us updated as you progress with your truck. By the way ... Does your truck have a name?

Re: noob from NWMO

Thanks everyone, yeah I am happy with the trade. As for a name, man it will have to come to me later. I just picked this thing up last Sunday 11/08/09. Went to Prairie Grove, Arkansas to make it happen. Already turning heads, love it that makes it worth it right there.

Hey "jeffspower" do you ever make it to Ground Round for the monthly show and shine?

The beast has a b&m, I started a cardboard template for a tall shifter. Yeah buddy, got to do something while the transmission is getting rebuilt. Can't wait to drive this thing again.

Re: noob from NWMO

Never seem to make it there. Spent alot of weekends out of town last summer. One of these days. I pop into town on the weekends once in a while with the '72 or '68.

You might know Rob, "Blazerman" in St. Joe? He has helped me out with parts many times.
