Someplace here I saw a picture of a truck with an Avion slide in camper. I can't seem to find it now. Has anyone started a tread of pictures for trucks with slide-in campers or vintage caps.
Here is my 72 with it's 71 Cayo Camper on it's back. I bought the truck last year from the son of the second owner. His dad bought it in 1975 and used it for camping until his death in 1991. It's running the original split rims up front and Kelsey Hays 9.75X16.5's in the rear. The truck and the camper have been together all these years.

Beautiful Camper!!

Seems to me Stllookn has a vintage camper but I can't find a pic

He did post this neat Longhorn camper brochure a while back.

That's a beautiful combo you have. I believe it was CG who had the Avion. I know LocDoc has a red truck with camper that was made by the same company as the '71 I had and the one in "Trucks For Sale" right now.
