fender issue
im putting my truck back together after a frame off, and my passenger fender is not lining up right, its an 81 in case that matters. the gap between fender and door is too wide and a little over midways down the fender bows out farther than the door. can anyone tell me where to start

Re: fender issue
Are they factory fenders, used fenders from another truck or aftermarket?

Re: fender issue
start at the rear of the door, set your gaps, (back and top or bottom) then set the fender to the door, sometimes you have to elongate holes in aftermarket stuff, sometimes you have to tweak originals if the frame is off a little, or the cab wasn't set square, then as far as a bulge...a 2x4 about a foot long placed flat on the hump, and hit with a hammer will do wonders..seriously..(don't tighten the fenders all the way, leave loose so the panel can move ..( unless the door is caved in.. then you have to move the lip on the door..
