Let's see Pic's of Barn's and Shed's

Im into the design's of storage sheds, barns, garden shed's, lean to's and even car ports... Lets include green houses too.
If you have a shed or barn you want to share please do. Maybe only pic's or youtube links of some one elses stuff thats okay too.

I will start off this thread with a pair of sheds I built in my back yard. I built two so I wouldent have to pull a permit, I did get with my city before I built them for set back info, ect.... It took me around 3 months to build these..

Here is another video I made after a trip to a local shed builder when I was designing my twin shed's.

Okay, want to see a big bird cage I built in my back yard??? Its the full build video, Here it is, lol

Re: Let's see Pic's of Barn's and Shed's

That truck's a real barn burner.

Mike you went all out. They really came out good. They're so tall !

Here's one I built last year. The roof frame is a rocking seesaw that we played on as kids (the rocker part is turned up for the roofline and I cut off the handles). It sat rusting away in the yard for many years and I finally found a good use for it. Strange construction sequence, I built it from the roof down. It's 5' x7' and holds a lot of stuff that used to clutter up my garage.

Re: Let's see Pic's of Barn's and Shed's

I built a shed to store my firewood over at my holiday home in France. Its kind of a mini pole barn about 4' x 9' which was constrained by the cement roofing sheet roof as I wanted to keep it single pitched to keep the construction simple. The window was the original kitchen window salvaged from the house when we replaced them al, just lets a little light in. Its just clad with simple planks, unlined as air-flow is goo so the odd gap is a benefit. Theres some shelves in there from left over planking one of which holds the battery from my ride-on which is kept trickle charged by the solar panel on the end, the other panel is for an led light. It took me probably about four or five days working alone from ground prep to painting it in creosote.

It now has zinc guttering on the back left over from doing the house and a couple of roses being trained over it.

Re: Let's see Pic's of Barn's and Shed's

I couldn't find a link but there is a local co. that has built one much like the first posted. It was built with two cargo containers and a two vehicle wide gap between. Then they did a carport style roof over all. They didn't put doors or ends on it to keep it a carport/portable shed, thereby avoiding construction permits and zoning laws.
