Bondo hardener is explosive

Bondo hardener is explosive

no special reason a couple of spare half used small tubes were in my nuts n bolts box, I was only doing a couple of small tack welds so I didn't move anything off the work bench. I guess a stray spark made its way into said box, landed on the plastic bondo hardener tube, melted through and BOOM, followed by allot of nasty heavy white smoke that spilled out the top of the box.

I quickly held my breath and turned on the big fan.

Guessing it just takes a red hot ember to get the smoke going, and that is what blew the tube open, gas build up.
