Assembly plant vin "h"?

Hi guys, my truck has the vin number 3c254h101104. I was wondering what the H stood for since i cant find it on any vin decoder. Thanks

my 61 was built in oakland and has an 0 in the vin. had a nomad that was built in oakland and it had an 0. there was two plants in oakland (not at the same time) maybe the 2nd was H?

GMC? Jolly's site decoder says Oakland CA built trucks had an "H" in the VIN. Chevy's built in nearby Fremont had a "Z"

first truck built in fremont was may 1 1963 according to the net. cars had a z in the vin from fremont, don't know what the truck's had? gmc have the H? anybody have a 63-66 chevy truck with a z? don't remember where i read about the 2 plants in oak--something about a fire?

The trucks built in Fremont had the 'Z' in the VIN.

in the post 64 chevy k10 350 or 327 his vin has an h in it.

looks like 63-64 had an h and 65up had a z for fremont
