Need help 1990 crew cab

I have a 1990 crew cab and I can't get power for anything behind the cab can anyone help thanks

I would guess that the harness has either been separated or the ground from the bed to the frame has come off.

I don't actually know on that year. I have a 68. On mine the plug is nested in the frame rail a bit behind the cab on the driver's side.
