700r4 transfer case ?

i have a 700r4 out of a 1988 pickup that currently has a 241c drivers drop t case, for a conversion i'm am doing on my 1968 suburban . Can i use a 208 off of a 1983 th350 and have it bolt up with out cutting or grinding ???

It should bolt up, they came factory that way....

yeah that is what i was thinking but i was reading about the 205 off a th350 and was wondering if i would have the same problem with a 208 off a th350
