What is this
Can someone tell me what this is. The motor is a 350 vortec with TBI. Is this part of the TBI and if it is what TBI system is it from?

Smog Pump Diverter Valve's, If you have Emissions testing leave them be.

Just for reference if an engine has tbi factory it is not a vortec engine.
