1965 K20 Transfer Case Linkage & Shifter Help

I am new to this Forum and can use some help. I recently bought a 1965 K20 (never owned one). The truck is in very good condition, but is missing the its transfer case shifter, linkage and connection bar (the cross bar that mounts to the transfer case). I found some photos of what these parts look like and have searched the internet and made a few phone calls trying to track down these parts with no success. Any help from this forum on where I can find these parts would be greatly appreciated.

I'd guess they'll be tough to find. You may want to try fabricating something.
