Blower motor switch problem

Blower motor only works on med speed. I have replaced everything. Ran a ground from the blower motor relay to the frame. The switch has power .On the speed that it works on the 1st and 3rd wires have power to them. All the other settings main has power but the other 3 wires do not. When I switch from the working setting to one of the non setting the relay makes a clicking sound. Not sure what else to do. Driving me crazy
