starter replacement finaly looked my engine block.

Here is a picture of my engine block, it is threaded but it looks like it could take the offset bolts or the inline bolts. currently I have a 327 with a 3 speed column shift so my started bolts on the front. I am replacing the starter with a factory replacement tonight to see if it helps my problems but if it doesn't what starter should I go with?
Thanks
Chad
