Weird options
Our family C10 (actually a GMC 910) was equipped in a way we thought we weird, and I'm wondering how many were like it:
Power Steering, but Manual Brakes Optional rear end ratio (3.73 I think) 307 with a TH400 Coil springs but overloaders It's like there was a "but" for every option. You had the good trans, but the 307. You had power steering, but manual brakes. You had coils, but additional leaves (or something, I was young). It was made for towing horse trailers before we bought it, if that explains it.... its like someone wanted to option it up mechanically for towing but was on a serious budget maybe.

Re: Weird options
My '67 was set up similarly: PS but no PB. Big back window and AC but bottom-of-the-line trim. V8 but PG.

My old boy 67 was made for pulling a horse trailer too. No radio, no power brakes, no power steering, 283 3-speed 3.73:1. Can't imagine backing this rig up with a trailer hitched up and muddy ground lol.
