scratch remover

Has anyone used one of those scratch remover kits that Turtle Wax or 3M or whoever makes? I have a few very thin but wiggly on my base coat clear coat paint job. I'd like to try to get rid of them. so I thought I'd ask y'all about it.

Thanks Bill
