Is there a static drop for my 71 lower than 5/7?

Not sure of what?
You can get a truck lower with springs but it takes much more engineering and modification. Channeling the body down on the frame will get you the look your looking for and still allow the truck to be drivable. I recommend you spend some time looking through the suspension section. The "Make it handle" thread is very informative.
