Side marker question

I've got a 70 blazer (parting out) that had air, with CST emblems
and a 72 with air, no CST emblems.

The 70 has the dual row side markers while the 72 has just the solid lens. Was the double row part of some sort of package??

You are correct. The dual row side markers were part of the CST trim package.
