Sources for used engines
Besides Craigslist, Ebay, and Car-part.com
Is there any other sources I should look at? |

Re: Sources for used engines
If you use Facebook, Marketplace always has a variety of engines available.
I got my running 283 off Facebook Marketplace. It was complete from the Quadrajet intake manifold to oil pan, starter, HEI dizzy, clutch, and had a new oil pump put in 3k miles before the previous owner pulled it for a 350. I paid 400 for it about 4 years ago

Re: Sources for used engines
Do a google search using used engines near your home city....
Then call them and enquire over the phone rather than lose time driving all over the place.
