Weird Factory Tach Spaz

Hi everybody, I will link a video I posted to YouTube of my factory tach, it jumps all around, does some very weird things. My truck has all new components, (recently finished restoration). Gauge cluster is a NOS GM cluster that sat on the shelf at my grandpa’s scale shop since the 70’s, they had plenty of spare parts for all of their trucks. So no, I am not dealing with reproduction garbage. Thanks everyone for your time.
