Wood floor finish?

Whats the best product for finishing white oak floors?
Everything is mocked up and ready for finishing and to be set aside to finish up on the bodywork before color...

Re: Wood floor finish?

You can stain the color of your choice and then use a marine varnish

Re: Wood floor finish?

I have the white oak. Just hours of sanding smooth as a baby's bum and then cleared 4 coats.

If it will be exposed to weather "spar varnish" is the thing i'd use . its durable marine varnish.

Re: Wood floor finish?

I used Total Boat clear epoxy sealer on my white oak floor. Then sprayed dupont clear coat on top of epoxy. Very pleased with outcome.
