New with 1965 C20

Good morning. I posted over at the welcome area and was referenced to this sub forum.

The truck is very new to me and besides the brakes, everything is in great working order. My question is, are there any quality of life things or common mods, that I should look at doing sooner rather than later? Thank you.

Welcome. For me, brake inspection and seatbelts are the first things I do.

Best you can hope for is an old picture of the dealership, if you catch them on a good day.
Oh I see they are no longer in business.
The next best thing is the Chevrolet Historic Center for a PDF download of the these old trucks info on manufacturing.

Looks like a solid purchase! Do the brakes and drive it. The truck will probably tell you what it needs next. Lol. I'd soon find some factory wheels and caps for it. It deserves it!
