Heres a break down from GM parts........looks like you need the one contact (the lead wire) for the horn.....

https://www.wholesalegmpartsonline.c...wd=&origin=pla

......I would think these would be Dorman replacement parts.......DORMAN horn wire lead 49319.......I just reassembled my steering 2 weeks ago I had to go in and lock tight those 4 loose bolts in below the tilt assembly....I got the turn signal cancel cam and twist lock contact from Oreillys in Meridianville from the Dorman help aisle.......this is the sight I went to help guide me on reassembly of my 87 GMC tilt steering column........

Irish nailed it.........its $3.04 + $6.95 shipping = $9.99 from Summit

its $5.09 + $2.99 shipping = $8.08 from Rockauto

in our area Summit would be quicker but Rockauto is cheaper(lol big deal)........hoped we helped you out some........

Might check the pic in the link in post 4 and check the help section for 49319 at the local parts store.

I put the link up for just for photo reference.
Just grab one from junkyard if you have one close by.
A ton of GMs used that same wire.
