700r4 with a qjet

Is anyone running a 700r4 with a qjet? How did you hook up your tv cable to the qjet linkage?

Thanks

Re: 700r4 with a qjet

Some GM's actually had a throttle/ TV cable adapter plate that bolted between the back two carb bolts, and came off with the carb. Of course, after typing this, I realized you were talking about the cable connection. So I can't read, so what...

I believe my old '67 (actually a stock 2 barrel) used one of those very small brass block cable crimps, the one where you slide the cable through and then tighten a screw to keep the cable in place.

Thanks for the link. After looking at that I realize that my throttle linkage is different. It has more of a square end to it at the bottom. I think I will call and see what they have.
