Re: OLD school Hifonics,JBL,MB Quartz

bringing back memories....back in the early 90's I bought my first new hi end stereo for my car. it was a Sony Cd player with removable face (CDX-U8000) and a 10 disc changer. I remember my dad thinking I was crazy spending I think it was about 500 each for the player and the changer. I ended up finding 3 Hifonics amps( Odin, Vulcan, Hercules) to MB Quartz 6.5 and tweet set and 5inch/tweet set. and a pair of Orion 15 inch sub's.

I really liked the MB Quartz and the Hifonic's products. I've been out of the loop on car stereo systems for a while so I don't even know if these companies are still good..or even in business...

Which HiFonic amps do you have? I run some Old School HiFonics in my 1991 Suburban.
