Axle Bearings and seals question

Anybody know what type of axles would be in my 66 C10 fleetside longbox, 250ci, 3spd manual? I figured they would all be the same for bearing and seal part numbers but the parts guy at the counter told me it could be 3 different types and he would have to see them before he would know the correct ones. Thanks.

Ok so some of these trucks have 12 bolts and some dana 44? Mine has coils in the back if that makes a difference.

Re: Axle Bearings and seals question

A '66 C10 will have the 12 bolt. The GMC's had the Dana 44's. I'm not aware of more than one axle bearing and seal for what you have. The earlier 12 bolt around '63-'64 had a different seal.
