Re: Vintage air

I purchased my Vintage Air from a local dealer here in MS. While the system works great and the Vintage Air tech support is A1, I wouldn't purchase from the same place again nor recommend them to anyone. The local dealer, for some reason, tried to get me to purchase components I didn't necessarily need but neglected to inform of additional components I did need. They weren't very good at communicating about order status, order showed up later than they promised. The folks at V/A helped me out and couldn't understand themselves, based on my application, why I was steered wrong. Ended up seeing the dealer a couple of months later at Cruising the Coast and asked them a question about my install. They seemed as though they didn't want to be bothered or perhaps I was wasting their time. Lesson learned. All in all, Vintage Air has been great and the tech support is as well.

Re: Vintage air

I bought mine from Pace Performance...I bought my engine and trans from them too, so I feel I got a decent deal with everything. I will say Vintage airs customer service is great. I was missing some parts over a year after I purchased and they sent them to me free...when their policy says notify them within 10 days I believe.

Matt' Classic Bowties. They gave me a great price and service. Write them and ask for the best price, sometimes they will beat their own website price.
