Steering wheel

I’m looking to replace my steering wheel off a 69 C10, I’ve always liked the style of the bel air steering wheels. Question is would I be able to instal one on my non tilt steering column?

Thanks

Thumbs up Re: Steering wheel

Depending on which year Bel Air you are talking about. I know for a fact a 64 SS Impala steering wheel will work so I would think the 60's model Bel Air's would. It's the same thing as our truck wheels except the hub is built into the wheel like the 67/68 truck wheels. If your talking earlier like a 56 Bel Air I don't know. The hub on the wood steering wheel I bought for a truck by the way.
I just bought a 3 spoke wood steering wheel for a 60's model Corvette that is going in my daughters 68 steep on a factory truck tilt column.

Same column but a 62/63 Impala wheel.

Again same column but a 67 wood SS Impala wheel.

Last but not least a 64 SS Impala wheel.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
