Looking for Lowering rear springs
Hi
Anyone knows of good deals on rear 4" springs for the 1970 truck? (current) Any vendors out there feel free to inbox with prices. Who do you buy your springs from ( remember Im in PR, but we use USPS) Found a couple in Ebay with fair shipping ($15-$20) bit would prefer buying from supporters or forum members.. Re: Looking for Lowering rear springs
Only problem is, they are probably on back order with them...lol Just order a tach conversion kit, and it's on back order. Luckily, I am in no hurry. Better of to call them and ask if they are currently available or on back order if in a rush.

Can you post a site? I wasn't able to find an online catalog or do you have to call them?

here http://www.brotherstrucks.com/prodin...number=LCSE36R
Just select the drop you want from the drop down menu from 2" to 5". I bought mine from brothers at the sale price too. I have bought from them a few times and talked to john@brothers personally and never had a problem

Re: Looking for Lowering rear springs
Well
I ordered a set at the special price, paid for them and their shipping quote (twenty something bucks) Now brothers emails me back that they are seventysomething dollars to ship (which is bull) I had already received and email with the order confirmation.. That quote is wrong for USPS.. Guess Im not getting my coils after all..and brothers will lose a prospective heavy customer.. Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Looking for Lowering rear springs
I have had problems with brothers too. Crappy customer service, out of stock and high prices! I am in Hawaii so I have the same prob with shipping. Classic parts worked with me on shipping and I put in a big order with them with no probs!

Re: Looking for Lowering rear springs
Good to know..
Kinda bugs me, I have an aproximate idea of shipping them, I can always box a pair of stock ones and head down to the post office for an exact price. I wonder if one of these coil springs fit a large priority box.. Mahalo. Posted via Mobile Device |
