dual stabilizer.. help wondering?

i have a 6 inch lift, 35's blazer wonders a bite. i was told that i should put dual stabilizers, and that will help fit my wondering/ bump steer. where can i get the brackets? any kits out there. info/advice.

While I have no problem with dual stabilizers, they will not "cure" geometry problems. If you have a wandering problem, something is probably wrong, or loose. It could be anything from a ball-joint or tie-rod to a caster issue caused by the lift, or misaligned drag link.

im pretty sure its just bump steer. it just does it when i go over bumps in the road.

I see the kits all the time on ebay as an option with lift kits I am sure they sell them seperate.

"Technically" it can't be "bump steer", even if that is when it happens.
"Bump steer" is when the toe (in or out) changes because of suspension travel. Since these trucks are straight axle and the tie-rod is a solid link between the tires, the toe cannot change.

It is possible for the steering wheel's relationship to the tires to change during suspension travel, but it is minimal and is usually not noticable.

I would have it checked out by an alignment shop.

make sure your gearbox is tight and there are no crackes around the frame area under it. i welded my front cross member becasue the rivets had come loose over the years. it was flexing back and forth when you turned. too much air in the fronts will cause them to wonder also. if i run what the tires say i wouldn't be able to keep it on the road. experiment with tire pressure.

Your wheels & tires could be aggravating the situation. Larger tires (wider tread) will be more influenced by road surface irregularities, and wheels with negative offset make matters much worse. Alignment and all hardware can be perfect, but the truck will still wander. Steering stabilizers may help mask the problem, but won't change or fix it.
