vent window pivot rivet question

Anyone know if the rivets on 67-72 are different than those for a 73-up?

Re: vent window pivot rivet question

According to Brothers Truck Parts, the vent window rivets are the same from 51-91. So, the answer would be yes, they are the same.

Re: vent window pivot rivet question

I think that's the frame rivets. The pivot rivet is normally sold separately, unless it's a kit like LMC.

Re: vent window pivot rivet question

It is a kit that includes the pivot rivets. When I rebuild the vent windows, I do not drill out the original pivot rivets. Instead, I remove the pivot hinge from the frame and use pop-rivets to reattach.
