Re: TRADE Step Fender, Olympia WA

We could probably buy new ones for the shipping cost
There was talk a while back about a board thread for folks traveling that would be willing to carry stuff around... let me see if that is still going on.

I know Gray Ghost was lookin' to trade a spare fender for a non-spare, but he's in Texas, too.

Dave,
I have a perfect one with NO rust or damage. Even the inside mounting flange is solid, as are the front & rear bottom corners...no tire mount. I would trade for solid lh fender in same condition...bring tools to remove.

Re: TRADE Step Fender, Olympia WA

I posted a note in the transportation section, will wait a day or so for a response.

Mine is in good condition with a few marks here and there, some light surface rust, will require very little mud before painting. No real rust or real dents anywhere. I will get a couple pics tomorrow and post them here.

A fender in comparable condition would thrill me.

Frank, mine is not ready for paint but very close. Still hoping to find one with all the spare mounting hardware. If I don't find one within a week or so I will give you a buzz. I enjoyed meeting you at the gathering Sunday

I will get some pics tomorrow and get them posted. Does your fender include the mounting stuff for the spare?

Re: TRADE Step Fender, Olympia WA

After thinking about it some more, I am just gonna keep my fender and leave the tire in the bed under a new tonneau cover.
Thanks
