79 stepside bed on 72 chevy frame
like to know how hard would it be to 79 bed on a 72 chevy thanks

IMO it wont look right. Your front and rear wheel openings will look different

the wheelbase is off a little, and the bug 'bubble' fenders would look funny... otherwise, it should bolt right on with little to no mods

I have seen quite a few with that bed on them and am pretty sure they have the same mounting locations so it should be a breeze.

well it would look something like this lol, My truck. ANd as far as i know all the box mounts are the same, were using the box off the 79 minus the fenders. I tihnk they are the same box.

the box os close, but not the same. There is a FAQ thread that covers how to make one correct.
