Had the talk with my daughter

She's turning 12 this month and I had to have the talk with her. What car is she going to want?! LOL! I'll let my wife have that "other" talk with her! She had her eyes set on a classic mustang but I had joked "what, you don't like my truck anymore?" since she loved riding in it and being able to see through all the glass. She's been riding in the truck since she was 4. Well, she smiled with this huge grin and said "I'LL TAKE THE TRUCK as long as we keep the flames on it." I'm kind of happy because this way she can only put one passenger (going buckets) in it and not be distracted with a boat load of passengers. She and I will be working on it over the next 4 years so she won't need any punk ass little boy to ruin it thinking he knows everything. Wish me luck! I'll need it! BTW that's her in the truck at 4.

Re: Had the talk with my daughter

My 5 year old son already put claims on the Blazer in my avatar. He calls it Clifford (the big red dog). My wife is fine with giving them the vehicles. She wants a 50 Merc! I think I need a lawyer!

That's awesome you keep your kids involved. They have to fill our shoes in this forum when we are gone.
