Smile My new project

I picked up a Blazer Saturday that was set for crushing. I cannot say as I needed it but my thoughts are to make a short snow plow. Since the body is pretty rough, I want to remove it and install a truck cab with a wooden bed.
I wish the body were repairable but there is not much left even thought the pic may look ok.

Meathead,

I looked at the drivers side as you described and it is really bad!

Sorry,

Jim

CPNE,

I was hoping for something a little more protective against the cold!

Thanks for the suggestion though.

Cold Plowing

Need a top?
I have an extra one that's heading for the crusher, come save it.
Really, if you want it, it's yours.
I have a blazer tub also...

vtblazer,

That is tempting! I will have to think about that as Vermont is a long way from Michigan.

Mich

I've been there twice this year already and once last year...
Wasn't someone in Mich selling a frame that was completed? Tell ya what, pick up the frame and I'll meet ya half way with the top. Heck, I'll bring the whole blazer if your interested. :p
If the frame is still available.
I'll try to find the original thread about it.
Any good cabs out that way?

Another one saved!! it doesn't matter what you use it for, at least it won't meet the crusher!

vtblazer, how bad is the top? if you're crushing it I might be interested in a couple of small pieces off of it for an idea I have, if you are willing to cut them up.

Let me know. Thanks.

vtblazer,

What frame are you looking for , 2wd or 4wd?

Also, I will keep an eye out for a cab. What condition are you interested in?

I sure wish that I could come to Vermont as I have always thought that Vermont is a beautiful state. Now is a very bad time for me to go anywhere but you have me thinking!

Jim
2wd short w/coils.
If I could have my pick it would be a high hump, non A/C cab in better than average condition. Needing rockers is fine but I'd like to find one ready to go.
