Post carb problems

I have a 4160 holley with an elecric choke and when i start the engine it won't go to high idle it starts at 500 RPMs and dosen't go to high idle. I replaced the fast idle cam and tried adjusting the choke but its still not working right. I'm positive the choke works and everything is hooked up right.

If you know that the fast idle cam is working free(make sure that it dropps all the way),you probably just need to adjust the fast idle screw. You will just about have to stand on your head to get at it....69
