Cab rehab. Where to start?
Here are some pics of the cab that I am getting ready to work on. My question is where to start. This is most likely going to be dipped next week so should I go ahead and cut out the rockers. I am curious to get some feedback on how to start with the floor pans. How do you work with the seam at the front of the floor pans where the meet up with the firewall? Any advice is appreciated.

Your floor looks like it could be my floor's sister! I've got more cancer in the kick panels though.

My floor looked much the same a month ago.
You need an outer rocker, front floor patch, and probably a kick panel. Take a good look at your front and rear cab supports before you order parts. You want the door off to do the floor and kick panel, but then put it back on so you can get your outer rocker panel lined up straight.

you will probably find that when you remove the outer rocker that you need a lower front piller.
Mine was post. I also found the inner rocker to be usefull in keeping everything in line |
