67-72 dome light options

Anyone found a trick dome light - preferrably with map lights that looks clean in a C-10? photos would be coolaroonie!

I was looking at some late model tahoe units on ebay, but I think the bulb-holders that sticks out the rear would rquire butchering the inner sheetmetal

Thanks!

You could get a rear view mirror out of a late model GM with map lights in it...they are pretty cool and easy to wire up.

Re: 67-72 dome light options

This is what I did, but I don't know if it would work on a truck. This is in my Panel. It works great, even though it's mounted above the winshield, the angle is just right as to not throw too much glare either in my eyes or on the windshield.

This is the part that I can't remember on a truck-Do they have this screw and the gap above to run a wire in?

I didn't hook up the dome light part, just the maps.
