My 71 Custom Deluxe

What do you guys think of my 71 C/D i got a few weeks ago? I gave 800 for it had 93K actaul miles on it, the orginal 307 was taken out in 76 and replaced with a 230 6, everythings works fine even the back up lights. I plan on tearing it to the frame and building a cheyenne out of it. do you think i got my moneys worth? keep in mind i drove it home the pic was taken a few miles down the road we decided to stop and check everything out on it. the frame is in great condition

Re: My 71 Custom Deluxe

Nuttin`wrong with a CustomDeluxe.About the only thing a Cheyenne has over a CustomDeluxe is carpet,a tailgate band, and headliner.A CustomDeluxe could have everything else and possibly more that a Cheyenne has. Those CustomDeluxe seats are comfy compared to the Cheyenne,IMHO.
