74 to a 68?

My brother-in-law has a 74 that he traded a tune-up for (the guy thought it was junk...one mans junk is another man's treasure). The body is in pretty bad shape but it has PS, PB, Under dash AC, Disk brakes...

He has basically given me what ever I want off the truck (all he wanted was the 350/350TH) My Question is...will these parts just bolt right up?

Engien, trans are drop in. Some minor changes for the hei dist though. PS will swap, pb may takes some work, not sure how much. The disc brakes are a fairly simple swap. Alot of little stuff will change over.
