Thumbs up Sweet Blazer Pic- Oldchev4X4's Blazer

Sweet action shot! That's a very nice blazer. Where were you racing at the time?

FYI oldchev, I had to convert the image to .jpg format from the bitmap file type (.bmp) to post it. I also had to resize it so the largest dimension to 640 less.

Thanks guys...This pic was taken at the Line Mt. race track. Its supposed to be dirt drags but it rained the night before so it was mud drags!! There were 8 trucks in street class. Toms68cst, i sent you more pics this morning, did you get them?

No, The only attachment I see is: "randycrosses_up.jpg" unless i'm missing something. Try re-senting them.

I guess my statement about them being .bmp files was incorrect. It somehow got converted to bitmap when I saved it to my PC from my hotmail account.

I take it that's you behind the wheel Randy?

I have a few pics of his rig...and a very nice rig it is too. ( I rode in it...my first vintage blazer ride)
I'll try to post them later.
No action shots though.

It's a damn cool blazer with some big fat hairy balls.

Thanks Andy..It has new bumpers(the correct year) since you seen it. My buddy Jeff raced his truck too but lost in the first round to a new chevy with a 496 in it. I'll send them too you.

How is Jeff doing? Did he ever figure how to put that radio delete panel over the cut hole?
I used one of those magnetic key holders and slid it 1/2 open, stuck it to the delete plate, and let the edges hit the dash top and bottom. Holds it in all the time.
But mine is a street bound rig though.

Andy, Jeff is doing good. The radio delete plate is duct taped in place. I sent you a pic of his truck at the drags.

Here we go...Randy (OLDCHEV4X4) sent me these...looks like a butt load of fun to me.
This looks like Rnady getting the hole shot to me.

And this is Jeff's rig.

Is Jeff's truck in primer now? It was all white when I was there last year.

Nice shots! I just met someone with a 71 Blazer. Guy just dropped a crate motor in it and has his old 350 on a stand. Trying to find out how much he wants for it and what condition it's in.
