Out with the Old in with the New

Sold off my 71 2WD to a good home and now I can pull my 68 SWB off the shelf and continue to work on her. The 68 was from a young guy who wanted to travel after putting a lot of work get get the project started. So I jumped at the opportunity to take over considering the amount of time that was already put into the cab, diff and front end. It was originally a LWB so I took off what I needed and got rid of the remaining parts. More to come!

It's about time you posted! I have a few pics I took with my Iphone a couple of weeks ago. Sorry about the crappy resolution. I'll email them to you as well.

Out with the Old in with the New

YBNORML and I made a trip to BC to bring back two short box frames, one I sent to have cleaned up the other we sold to pay for the trip. Picked up a donor truck, 68 GMC 3/4 tone from Utah with a low millage 396 that ran real nice. Took what I needed and passed the frame and the box to another board member.

Re: Out with the Old in with the New

I to bad it took me so long to post my build, I'm rebuilding my shop as it's only 20 X20 and the walls leak the roof will go at any time so I decided to knock it down to build a 24 X 28 with 10' walls an the drive way is at a 6% grade so it's dangerous to do anything there.
