8 lugs

Hey,swapping my rearend for a 14 bolt full floater, and I had a curious question. What would it take to make the front wheels 8 lug?Is it just the discs,or is the hub different?I have a parts truck,so I prolly have the parts, but wanted to see what all is involved. Thanks

Re: 8 lugs

I believe you'd need to change the spindles out as well. I'm rockin a 6 lug front 8 lug rear combo for the moment, haven't finished building my front differential yet, lol

Re: 8 lugs

you may want to check to see if the ball joints are the same. Call your local parts store and ask about 1/2t and 3/4t differences. Other than that,Russell said it all.

Re: 8 lugs

if the parts truck is in good shape, might as well just unbolt the entire front crossmember with control arms attached and swap those.
